- No, only way in repairing a heater core is to take it out and get it silver
- soldered or replace it.

- I have a 86 mustang and the heater core is a snap to get to. Just look under
- the clove compartment by the computer and there shound be a plate with 4 or 6
- screws holding it in place. Take the cover off and the lines and it should
- slide right out.
