- I had a seized caliper on one of my older cars some time back. This
- was due to lack of use because I only used the car intermittently in the
- spring, summer and early fall (I ride my bike to work as much as I can).
- The caliper was seized so much that WD40, penetrating oil and even
- industrial strength iodine wouldn't free it enough. I had to replace the
- caliper. It only cost $23 Cdn so I wasn't too upset (GM product).
