  13. If you have eliminated the PS pump (pressure check), then the
  14. problem is probably the valve in the rack tower going out.  It
  15. swells after it warms up and seems okay, but will perform poorly
  16. when cold.  It is usually best to buy an entire rebuilt unit,
  17. rather than trying to rebuild just this part yourself.
