  11. TCB!@#I own a 1988 chev nova with 55K miles on it.  It has the standard
  12. 5 speed !@#manual transmission.  I was asked by a co-worker of mine if I
  13. ever had th !@#clutch adjusted in the car which got me to thinking.  I
  14. called 5 chev !@#dealers and asked the service department if the clutch
  15. in this car needed !@#adjusting - 3 said yes, 2 said no.  The service
  16. schedule for the car does !@#not mention adjusting the clutch.  What say
  17. the wise men of the net?

  19. You tell us....how does the clutch feel and how far does the pedal
  20. travel before it disengages?
  21. If it feels good and doesn't slip and the pedal height is 1/2 to 1" then
  22. it sounds good to me..
