  23. You might try to prime the oil pump. If there is no oil in the impeller
  24. section of the pump, no suction will available to draw oil into the
  25. pump. On my motor, the pump sends the oil first into the filter. I removed
  26. the filter and poured oil down into the feed line from the oil pump.
  27. The oil pump immediately began to work as usual.
