  15.  The most effective solution might be to premix the water and detergent,
  16. then mix them with gasoline at the injector using a staged injector or
  17. prechamber scheme.

  19.  This also brings to mind the idea that a gasoline/water emulsion might
  20. not be real great in cold climates.  Shooting it into the engine via
  21. throttle body injection, you'd probably have little ice crystals that
  22. wouldn't burn real great.  You'd need to preheat the fuel and water at
  23. least.
