  15. I think newer radial tires should be rotated diagnally but older ones should
  16. keep their rotation direction.  I do not know since when radial tires should
  17. be rotated diagnally.  Car owner's manual should be correct.  When you buy new
  18. tires, the shop should tell you how to rotate them.  For older tires, I was
  19. told to call the tire manufacture to find out how to rotate them.
