  31. Or 'cause it's foggy?  Anyway foglights aimed upwards (blinding us) do 
  32. absolutely no good.  Foglights should be mandatory equipment on cars, but 
  33. they should be aimed corerectly.  But most Americans are to stupid to 
  34. understand.
