  19. Erik deserved to get Burned with a capital B because he (presumably
  20. wittingly) broke a traffic law.  I do it myself often, and I've been
  21. caught a couple of times; that's the risk I took in deciding to
  22. speed.  It's called ``personal responsibility''.  He made the
  23. decision, he got caught, he should pay the fine, or else you and I pay
  24. for him to take it to court.
