- Erik deserved to get Burned with a capital B because he (presumably
- wittingly) broke a traffic law. I do it myself often, and I've been
- caught a couple of times; that's the risk I took in deciding to
- speed. It's called ``personal responsibility''. He made the
- decision, he got caught, he should pay the fine, or else you and I pay
- for him to take it to court.
