- Yes, it can be true. Just because your site is connected into the
- Internet by a piece of leased line doesn't mean that we all are.
- Unfortunately we (still) get our news feed (and email, too) over a
- dialup connection, and over here in Europe there aren't many places
- where you can get free phone calls.
