- Did you ask them about a new account or your existing account? I was told
- by someone who applied for a new card that as of August the terms for new
- accounts has changed and that they will be receiving the 1/2% rebate. I had
- heard of multiple programs in the past but this was the first time I ever
- had a plausible explanation given to me.
