  20. is the first US radio documentary on the little-known Pacific island nation. 
  21. The half-hour program is produced by WBAI News Editor Amy Goodman and Allan 
  22. Nairn -- the two US journalists who survived last November's massacre there, 
  23. in which at least 140 people were killed. One third of the East Timorese 
  24. population has been wiped out during Indonesia's 17 year US-backed 
  25. occupation. Includes the only public comments by George Bush and Bill 
  26. Clinton on the US role in East Timor.
