  35. Voter's Guide [also found in the directory]:

  37. It would amend Article 2 of the Colorado Constitution by the addition
  38. of Section 30, which states: NO PROTECTED STATUS BASED ON
  39. HOMOSEXUAL, LESBIAN OR BISEXUAL ORIENTATION. Neither the State of
  40. Colorado, through any of its branches or departments, nor any of its
  41. agencies, political subdivisions, municipalities or school
  42. districts, shall enact, adopt or enforce any statute, regulation,
  43. ordinance or policy whereby homosexual, lesbian or bisexual
  44. orientation, conduct, practices or relationships shall constitute or
  45. otherwise be the basis of, or entitle any person or class of persons
  46. to have or claim any minority status, quota preferences, protected
  47. status or claim of discrimination. This Section of the Constitution
  48. shall be in all respects self-executing.
