  19. I presume this translates into "Intrinsics-based toolkits are the Proper
  20. Standard Toolkits For X"; i.e., OLIT is being promoted as the favored
  21. toolkit for new applications because it's a bunch of widgets atop the Xt
  22. Intrinsics.
