  16. Not necessarily.  "POSIX compliance" can mean "we implemented enough of
  17. some POSIX specs to say that we're POSIX-compliant", which does *not*
  18. necessarily mean "we implemented enough of those POSIX specs that a
  19. significant number of interesting applications should Just Work if you
  20. recompile them".
