  11. I'm looking at a 486DX-33 (2 VESA LB slots, 6 ISA slots, 256K
  12. cache, 8 MB DRAM) that uses the UMC chipset with an Intel 486.
  13. Has anyone heard of the UMC chipset?  And does anyone know if
  14. I'm going to have problems running 386BSD?

  16. BTW, I'm a little ignorant when it comes to [34]86 motherboards.
  17. The UMC chipset that I'm talking about serves the same function
  18. as the OPTi chipset in my 386DX-40.
