  12. I have the Tiny BSD on my  harddisk and want to download the distribution files
  13. by ftp.
  14. The system can find my Ne2000 card. I can type
  15.  
  16. ifconfig ne0 <my adress> netmask <my netmask>
  17. route add default <my gateway>
  18.  
  19. without any error. Then I type 
  20.  
  21. ftp <distribution host>
  22.  
  23. and after a few minutes I got the error: 
  24.  
  25. connect: Connetion time out.
  26.  
  27. My system is a 486/50MHZ . 
  28. Any ideas to fix the problem?
