- We have been using IBM's R4 xdm successfully for quite a while. To do
- this it is necessary to use the "-sdebug" option to IBM's X server so
- that it will allow itself to be started by a process not being run
- from the console. However, "-sdebug" does NOT work for R5 xdm.

- I need to use R5 xdm because that is the version I have with AFS
- authentication added.
