  17. In the US uunet archives all of the usenet sources.  I cant guarantee
  18. that the latest version of monitor is there, but I have gotten older versions.
  19. uunet is accessable via UUCP dialin on their 900 number.

  22. you can pay monthly.  So , there is no bigotry involved.  You just have
  23. to know how to navigate.
