  11. We are looking for a tool, a software (free or not) for the monitoring
  12. of our servers (HP9000/870 and SUN 4/490 and 690). All of these run
  13. under Unix (SunOS 4.1.1 and HP-UX 8.0).

  15. The goal is to appreciate the load of these servers and determine the
  16. source of degradations of the response time:
  17.  
  18.         - CPU overload,
  19.         - too many paging or swapping operations,
  20.         - too many requests in the disks I/O queues,
  21.         - congestion of ethernet,
  22.         - ...
