  15.    The paper in my home town has been keeping their mailing list using the
  16. DeskMate Filer application. Unfortunately, they just filled the disk and can't
  17. print their labels any more. They want to convert the mailing list over to a
  18. format that they can import into a mailing list program for either PC or
  19. Macintosh. Problem is, Filer won't let you export data (at least, the version
  20. they have won't!).

  22.    Is there:
  23.    1. An explanation of the file format Filer uses? If so, I could write a
  24.       program to parse the data file and reprint it in any form I choose.

  26.    2. A Filer extraction program that lets me extract data from a Filer
  27.       database?
