- On a related topic, we are running 4 processors on our 690 (SunOS 4.1.2).
- We were told by our Sun Rep that SunOS 4.1.3 was not tested (nor supports)
- more than one processor on the 690. What gives?? We know that SunOS 5.x
- is required for 'better' performance using multiprocessing but why would
- 4.1.3 be a step backward? At what point is multiple processors supported
- on the 690 Solaris 2.[01]??
-
- Any input would be appreciated.

- thanks,
