  22. The new desktop machines from Sun do not come with the OS preinstalled.
  23. They are loaded with a feature called JumpStart which will load the OS from
  24. CD.

  96. If you're ordering any of the new machine make sure that you order at least
  97. one copy of the OS. In fact for any of the machines you should have at least
  98. one copy around, even the preinstalled systems, in case you ever need to
  99. reinstall the machine or need to load additional system packages which
  100. may not be preinstalled.
