  13. I wonder if someone could suggest something to try next.

  15. Our CD drive suddenly doesn't want to respond (sr0 isn't 
  16. recognized as valid device.)  SCSI setting is 5.

  18. Not only will it not mount the CD, it will not boot from it either.

  20. Just what can go wrong with a CD drive and how does one troubleshoot.
