  24. The original question refered to fault tolerant platforms using sparcs.
  25. Stratus has used 68xxx (I think), currently uses i860's and plans to
  26. use a HP risc (again I am not certain). I am not sure what tandem uses.
  27. DEC planned a fault tolerant vax, I haven't heard if they succeeded.
  28. While we are at it Ericsson produces a hardware fault tolerent
  29. processor, though no-one has considered porting Unix to it. All of this
  30. is interesting but hardly refers to the original query.
