- It wasn't an error on reading tpsc(0,7), it was an error reading the
- disk volume label. Simply boot fx from the tape. In your case:

- boot tpsc(0,7)fx.IP4 --x dkip(0,0)

- It should come up and complain that the volume header wasn't found,
- and create one for you. You can either accept that, or modify
- things further, then type /exit, answer the question about writing
- the volume label with 'yes', and then install the OS in the normal
- manner.
