- I am experiencing fan problems with my 1.2GB external boot drive and
- may have to take it out of service for a while. What is the best
- strategy for maintaining a minimal configuration during its absence?
- I have a CD-ROM drive and a 105 MB internal (which is presently doing
- service as a swapdisk); when I ultimately receive 3.0, will I be able
- to boot from the CD-ROM, or is it possible (and preferable) to install
- the basic release on the internal drive?
-
- Thanx in advance for any suggestions/advice,
-
- /jim
