  12. Hi, is there any way to install a printer without the
  13. PrintManager.app?  I didn't install it from the 3.0 CD-ROM when I
  14. borrowed a CD-ROM drive and now I find that I need to install a dummy
  15. printer to be able to save fonts to Postscript files that I dump to
  16. disk.  Borrowing the CD-ROM again is prohibitively difficult.
