  12. I can't get any of the rendering packages to render (e.g. 3DReality or
  13. Appsoft's Perspective beta). I've tried Andrew Stone's thing with
  14. setting up my site as a renderer using NetInfoManager and also the
  15. followup someone posted using Demos/RenderManager. Neither do
  16. anything, though I now have two choices in the render option window that
  17. pops up in each application. I can select either, and nothing happens.
  18. No error, no jump in load, nothing. Insty-rendering works fine, just not  
  19. the photorealistic.

  21. I expect I need to do some sysadmin'ing to get it going, but I have no
  22. idea what. I'm running 3.0 (obviously) on a standalone site connected
  23. via SLIP to the CS dept. I've used HostManager to set my site name
  24. to jabberwocky, but apart from that and the messing described above, I
  25. haven't touched any of the sys admin apps at all. I didn't setup a printer
  26. (I don't have one) and the 3.0 install was a clean rebuild. I think I'm
  27. working from a "virgin" setup - at least as far as NetInfo is concerned.
