  14. I would like (for a change) to commend a company publicly...

  16. Appsoft have been incredibly helpful, professional, and just generally  
  17. nice over the last few weeks while I've been harassing them about Image.   
  18. They were incredibly patient with my tireless questions and problems, and  
  19. I just wanted to say "Thank you" in public to the staff at Appsoft  
  20. (especially Cindy and Mark) for putting up with me and being flexible  
  21. beyond the call of duty.
