- Here is the trick on docking PowerBook 140's & 170's:
- 1st. you have to change the SCSI ID on the internal HD (small jumpers) use
- an ID that is not being used on your NeXT
- 2nd. hook up the PB to NeXT with appropriate SCSI cables.
- 3rd. you put the PB in sad mac mode by booting and then engaging the
- programers switch (the little hole in the back) I use a paper clip.
- 4th. boot the NeXT. Your PowerBook HD should show right up.
