  21. The original document, which is indeed a Mac MS Word document, is
  22. available by anonymous ftp from yak.macc.wisc.edu [144.92.30.18],
  23. directory pub/misc/docs/ncsa, together with the same document in
  24. three additional forms:

  26. (a)  an rtf document that does not contain the illustrations
  27.      (there are many).
  28.  
  29. (b)  an rtfd document that does contain the illustrations,
  30.      available in the rtf directory as separate tiff files.
  31.  
  32. (c)  a PostScript form, ready to print; it also includes
  33.      the illustrations.

  35. For what it's worth, I have not read the document myself.  Various
  36. people worked on it and I have merely made their work readily
  37. available.  There's a README in there that reminds you of the
  38. four available forms of the document.
