  13. Hi everybody out there,

  15. I have a little problem with making my own font paths with NeXTstep 3.0.
  16. Hopefully somebody could help me or knows somebody who can do it (at NeXT?).

  18. What's the problem?

  20. I want to place fonts in others directories than /NextLibrary/Fonts, /LocalLibrary/Fonts or ~/Fonts. So after making a new font directory and
  21. calling buildafmdir I changed the default setting NXFontPaths in GLOBAL
  22. (see GeneralRef). That works fine.

  24. if you open any font panel all fonts appears but only by there name. That
  25. meens I can select all fonts but if I try to preview them or want to work
  26. with them only the system default font (Courier) appears. :-(

  28. Only fonts placed in the dafault path work correctly. I guess either I have to
  29. change something else or this is a bug forgetting to adapt everything
  30. correctly.
