  13. I have installed System 3.0 on a new Fujitsu 2624FA (520MB Fast Model) and  
  14. was surprised of slow transfer rates.

  16. Write: 800 kB/sec *** but read only 400 kB/sec *** 
  17. tested by DrivePerformance, cp and a self made C program.
  18. These results are independent of SCSI-1 or SCSI-2 mode, and 1024 or 512  
  19. byte sectors.
