  13. When I put a new control pannel into my system folder (something like
  14. Sound Master) and open my control pannel, and then checked out sound master
  15. it told me to reboot before I used it.  I rebooted, and when I opened my
  16. control pannel again, the General was gone.  It is still in my system folder,
  17. but is not in the list of control pannels when I open the coltrol pannel
  18. from the apple.
