  12.      I was just asked by a colleague of mine if there was a way
  13. to change the color of the outline that appears whenever you
  14. move a window or an icon around on the desktop.  Apparently he has
  15. spent hours coming up with the perfect desktop color but is now
  16. terribly upset that the outlines can't be seen because they blend
  17. into the color of the background.

  19.      Is there a shareware/freeware solution to this problem or
  20. a resedit hack that someone could point me to?  Thanks in advance
  21. for any assistance.
