- Ok, now I mad......
-
- I went through the pain of "upgrading" to System 7.1 on my Powerbook 170
- & here are the "features" that I get:
-
- 1. REALLY annoying pausing that only gets past it when I click the
- mouse...
- 2. Access PC no long works....now if have to "upgrade" to Access PC 2.0.
- 3. MacTCP no longer functions the right way & I have to "upgrade" to
- 1.1.1.
-
- Please somebody out there, tell me that I am not alone with these
- gripes...Apple is starting to piss me off. No wonder so many people
- stick with IBM's ...(please no damn flame wars starting here they all
- start & end the same way....getting nowhere).
-
- Before I do something crazy...(like buy an IBM) somebody help me...tell
- me if there is any way to get past these problems (other than going back
- to System 7.0.x, which I have considered.)...I sure as hell do not want
- to spend any more money on software "upgrades".
-
-
- Thanks....Got a worm in my Apple brain,
-
