- Okay, I decided to see how this new "world-ready" System 7.1 would work. I
- downloaded the Install 1 disk for Hebrew-language System 7.0.1 and copied
- the fonts, script, and keyboard layout into my System Folder. When I
- restared, I got the keyboard menu, but the last two key layouts (displayed
- in a Hebrew-language font, which I can't read) were greyed out. When I
- checked the Numbers and Time & Date control panels; only the U.S. options
- were immediately available.

- Did I miss sonething? Is there some extension (similar to KanjiTalk) that
- Hebrew System 7 needs to function properly? Should I bother getting the
- System 7.1 Japanese language (which is what I _really_ want anyway) or is
- it possible for me to install 7.1 over my Japanese 6.0.7 disk and expect
- it to work? (I have a copy of GomTalk, but I haven't installed it...I want
- to know about KanjiTalk 7 and the TrueType kanji fonts Japanese 7.1 is
- supposed to have!)
-
- Someone posted something about a WorldScript I and II extension not being
- provided. Did I not get a complete, WorldScript capable System 7.1?
-
- Help!
