- I am posting this for a friend of mine who teaches home economics.

- She is looking for software for the McIntosh System 7 for a flat
- pattern clothing design class that can be used in grading patterns;
- that is, sizes.

- As I understand it, a dress is designed for a "standard size
- woman," and then the pattern is sized up or down. For example, the
- standard design can be sized upwards for a woman who is six feet
- tall or sized downwards for another who is five feet tall.
