  10. Hi!   I just received my IIvx this afternoon.  I ran Speedometer and it crashed.
  11. I then pressed the restart button and I got a disk icon with question
  12. mark flashing.  I then made a start up diskette, and boot from it.  The hard
  13. disk icon shows up, but when I choose the startup disk control panel,
  14. nothing is in the window.  What should I do?  I tried to reinstall the
  15. system, but the installer said there is a problem with my hard disk and I
  16. should try again.  Should I zap the PRAM?  How do I do that?  Please, if
  17. know anything about how to solve my problem, please e-mail me.  Thank you
