- Yeah, this happened to my brother's Jasmine drive. Turned out all
- we had to do was open it up and unplug and replug the cable attaching
- the drive to the power supply. Apparently the pins sometimes make
- poor contact. You may need to resolder the connectors to the cable.

- Another common problem is "stiction", where the drive doesn't
- begin spinning unless you give the cabinet a quick "twist" to
- get it started.
