  13. I have one, and I have been having problems with 
  14. spontaneous disconnections.  I have no idea what this is due to, but
  15. it usually only occurs at v.32 and v.32bis speeds.
  16. I am not sure if this is a problem with the modem, a problem with
  17. how I have it/software configured, or a problem with the
  18. cabling.
