  11. Recently I asked about how I could use a QIC-150 on my Mac and was
  12. told to get Retrospect.  I did and it works great for backups and
  13. archiving.  However, I would also like to use it to transfer files
  14. to and from a Unix system using tapes made with tar.  Where can I
  15. find documentation on the interface to SCSI tape devices such as the
  16. QIC-150 so that I could even write a program to do it if I had to?
  17. It doesn't seem like it should be that hard, but Retrospect requires
  18. a special INIT (driver perhaps?) to even work with the tape device.
