  15. I know this is probably a FAQ-o rama, but I'm having trouble installing
  16. 4 megs of ram in an older SE 1/20. It is the CPU with the jumper that
  17. needs (I beleve) to be cut in  order for the CPU to recognize all four
  18. megs. But when I sever this connection, the machine boots with vertical
  19. stripes (thugh it makes it throught boot and now recognizes the entire 4
  20. megs)

  22. have i done something wrong? Or is there a problem with the ram?
