  24. I don't know if there's any rational proof for saving money or health,
  25. but the better EMF shielding *does* prevent your machine from screwing
  26. actual users of the radio spectrum (like hams, police, fire, etc.), and
  27. also keeps strong radio signals from getting IN to the circuitry and 
  28. upsetting it every now and then ("ElectroMagnetic Compatability" is all
  29. the rage these days among competant electronic designers (which lets out
  30. 99.44% of PC manufacturers :-))).
