- beautifully on a Powerbook - in fact it incorporates "PowerBook Smarts" such
- that it know when you are running on batteries (and won't do unneeded drive
- access) and also knows about "processor rest mode" and will dynamically adjust
- it when it needs a bit more processor power to do an operation.
