  13. I purchased a 386-33 from them last December, and have had no problem with the  machine,  It appears reasonably well built and well thought out inside.

  15. The only problem that I know of, is that (in their london address, at any rate) they do not have enough staff to run the shop, and answer the phones.

  17. (luckily this is not that big a problem as they have a toll free phone number.)

  19. I know of two other people with Olympic machines (486-33 & 386-25) and all of us are happy with the machines.
