- Some people prefer to pay a little more for decent service. Some people can't
- afford to spend hours on the phone and weeks waiting for equipment. I guess
- most of the world isn't like that (as evidenced by your interesting business
- analysis), but the small part here around Wall Street sure is. If Gateway
- hopes to keep expanding into new marketplaces like the financial industry,
- which it has an opportunity to now thanks to better PC operating systems, it
- had better get its house in order, otherwise a competitor who does have good
- service will squash it.
