- I have a GVC 9600 v32/42 "Supermodem". I recently upgraded my motherboard to
- a 486-25. Ever since then, after using the modem for about 1 hour or so, it
- will start to buzz at me. I have heard that it is resonance of some sort, but
- it is as far from the computer as possible now, and it still does it. I can
- sometimes get it to stop (temporarily) by wiggling the power cord. I also
- tried shutting off the speaker (ala ATM0), but to no avail.
-
- If any of you hardware gurus out there can help me, it would be most
- appreciated. Also, if any of you have the Tech. Support number to GVC, that
- would also be welcome. THANKS!!!
