- I have a Deskpro 433i now, and as far as I know the drivers supplied
- with the machine are designed for Windows 3.1. Also, it is essentially
- the same thing as Microsoft's just-released Windows Sound System, which
- also includes drivers such as voice recognition and proof reading. So
- the stuff sounds more for Windows than DOS applications, and you might
- be out of luck.

- BTW (by the way), the Windows Sound System is listed at US$289, and
- Deskpro/i users can register their machines and get the rest of the
- drivers for free. So, are you using a Deskpro/i? And how are people of
- Sweden responding to the new Compaqs? What about prices? I got mine
- for US$2352, and waited 3 1/2 weeks to get it.
